Calculators & Multisport
Run, Bike, Swim, Brick, Duathlon, and Triathlon calculators support distance, time, pace/speed, splits, presets, transitions, and saved plans.
Performance Lab
Save, edit, and review Run Threshold Pace, Bike FTP, Swim CSS, heart-rate context, and Sweat Tests. Pro adds deeper history, trend, freshness, confidence, and connected-source context.

Use measured Sweat Tests to model fluid replacement and sodium strategy. Pro can compare context and highlight better-matched saved tests.

Pro includes advanced performance history, hydration and fueling intelligence, reusable nutrition strategies, Race Plan History, race weather, Apple Health, plan-impact review, and Apple Intelligence Coach explanations.
Race Day Planner
Race Day Planner connects race details, verified location, race weather, performance inputs, pacing, transitions, fueling, hydration, sodium, checklist items, readiness, and the race execution timeline.
EnduroPace does not silently change athlete-entered strategies. When an upstream measurement or source change can affect a saved race plan, review the impact before applying an update.
Apple Health
Apple Health access is optional, read-only, and available to Pro users. You choose which supported Health data EnduroPace can read.
Apple Health observations do not automatically replace your saved Performance Lab measurements. Use the available adoption action when you explicitly want to save a supported observation into EnduroPace.
If Apple Health appears disconnected or empty, review permissions in iOS Health settings, confirm the relevant EnduroPace data toggles are enabled, then refresh inside EnduroPace.
Apple Intelligence Coach
Apple Intelligence Coach requires EnduroPace Pro, a supported device, and Apple Intelligence enabled and available on that device.
If Apple Intelligence is unavailable, EnduroPace automatically falls back to its deterministic coaching explanation. Core recommendations and calculations continue to work.
Race Weather & Location
Verify the saved race location before requesting weather or automatic race imagery. If a place is ambiguous, choose the correct location from the verification options.
Weather suggestions remain reviewable and do not silently overwrite athlete-entered race conditions.
Subscriptions & Restore Purchases
EnduroPace Pro is offered through Apple's App Store. Pricing and introductory trial eligibility shown in the app come from StoreKit.
If a prior purchase is not recognized, open the Pro screen and use Restore Purchases. Active subscribers can use Manage Subscription to open Apple's subscription controls.
Custom Race Backgrounds
Race backgrounds can use Automatic location imagery, sport artwork, or a custom photo you select. Custom photos are stored locally by EnduroPace for the selected race and are not uploaded by the app.
Quick Troubleshooting
- Confirm the selected activity, race, units, date, location, and entered values.
- Check whether a required Performance Lab measurement or Sweat Test is missing or stale.
- For Pro-only features, confirm the Pro screen shows an active entitlement.
- For Apple Health, Weather, Photos, or Apple Intelligence, confirm the related iOS permission or system feature is enabled.
- If a calculator appears stuck, use More → Settings → Reset All Calculators.
- Close and reopen EnduroPace if the interface does not refresh as expected.
- If the problem persists, contact support with the details above.
Privacy
EnduroPace is local-first, does not require an account, and keeps optional anonymous usage analytics off by default.
